Thurman, and the New York City Ballet, and Nicolas Cogrel, who
has been a floral decorator for Chanel, Dior, and Madonna!
Together these artisans ensure that every event is a
made-to-measure (and never manufactured) experience unique
to every person who walks through the doors of L’Atelier Rouge.
Launched in March, 2010 by Caroline Bailly—who
has been the event director for L’Olivier; overseen
private dining for restaurateurs such as Daniel
Boulud; and hosted weddings in venues such as
